• The role involves working directly with the Litigation group to advise and defend employers in various workplace matters, including investigations, administrative charges, and state and federal lawsuits.
• Specific duties include the defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims, and representing employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in matters such as discrimination, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
• The role requires excellent attention to detail, particularly with document-intensive cases, and strong organizational and case management skills, including the ability to manage numerous cases simultaneously.
