Labor Law PC is a California plaintiff-side employment litigation firm founded in 2018. We built the firm around a simple idea: attorneys should be able to do serious, high-quality litigation without billable-hour pressure, business-development requirements, or unnecessary bureaucracy.
We are fully remote, have approximately 45 team members, and have built the operational and litigation support infrastructure attorneys need to focus on practicing law.
We are selective about the cases we take and are looking for an experienced attorney who wants meaningful ownership of their work.
You will independently manage a caseload of California employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour claims, and select class actions.
You will own your cases from filing through resolution while working with dedicated law clerks, a litigation coordinator, and firm-wide operational support.

We operate under four core values: Family, Accountable, Centered, and Thoughtful. They guide how we work together, how we communicate, how we handle problems, and who we hire.
$150,000–$250,000 per year, depending on directly relevant experience, litigation background, case-management ability, deposition and motion practice, and other qualifications.
If you want to practice serious plaintiff-side employment litigation with substantial autonomy and strong infrastructure behind you, we would like to hear from you.
