Labor Law PC is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side employment litigator to manage a California employment caseload from filing through resolution. This fully remote role offers ownership of meaningful California wage-and-hour, discrimination, and related cases, with support from clerks and coordinators.

You will draft motions, take depositions, negotiate settlements, and advise clients while collaborating with firm leadership on strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage cases from filing through resolution.
• Strong legal writing and motion practice.
• Ownership and accountability for case outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Prepare settlement demands and negotiate resolutions.
