Confidential Employer in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced employment litigation attorney to represent management-side clients across wage-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, ADA, FMLA, and related matters.

This hybrid position offers exposure to both litigation and counseling, including workplace investigations and policy advice, with opportunities for professional development, bonus opportunities, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 4+ years of employment litigation experience required.
• Management-side employment law experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with state and federal court proceedings and administrative agencies.
• Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage litigation matters independently while collaborating with a team.
• Wage and hour class actions experience is valued.

Responsabilités

• Represent management-side clients in employment disputes.
• Handle employment litigation in WA and federal courts from intake to resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients before EEOC and Washington Human Rights Commission.
• Provide practical employment counseling on agreements, policies, and compliance.
• Conduct workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, ethics violations, and other sensitive issues.
• Develop efficient, practical strategies for resolving employment disputes.
• Perform legal research and craft persuasive briefs and pleadings.
