Incendia Partners is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney for Seattle with remote or hybrid flexibility. The role targets attorneys with at least 3 years of employment-law litigation experience, including class actions, and strong writing and advocacy skills.

The candidate will handle practice within a national Am Law 100 platform, collaborating across teams while managing litigation matters and client expectations.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.

• Class action experience required.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Employment Attorney (Remote / Hybrid - Seattle, WA)

Hiring: Attorneys with 3+ years of experience

Location: Seattle, Washington (Remote or Hybrid flexibility available)

Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 base salary + bonus, depending on experience, skills, work arrangement, and overall fit

Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

About The Role

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 defense firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join its Seattle practice. This opportunity is well suited for a litigator with 3+ years of employment-law experience who is comfortable handling substantive matters independently while working within a collaborative national platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with meaningful experience handling employment disputes. Class action experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters in Washington state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive legal briefs
• Manage written discovery, document production, and case investigation
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Develop litigation strategy in coordination with partners and clients
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and matters for trial
• Advise clients regarding litigation risk and case strategy
• Communicate directly with clients throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's national employment practice

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active Washington Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Meaningful employment-law litigation experience
• Class action experience required
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Hands‑On experience with discovery and substantive motion practice
• Deposition and courtroom experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage assignments independently with limited supervision
• Oregon Bar admission is a plus, but not required
