Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Legal research, drafting pleadings, motions and other documents.
• Taking and defending depositions; drafting and answering discovery requests.
• Trial preparation and trial assistance; state and federal courts experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions.
