Job summary

Confidential Employer. is seeking an experienced employment litigator to join a respected practice in Exton, PA.

You will represent employers in state and federal courts, manage cases through all phases, and advise clients on compliance and risk management. Applicants must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and have 2+ years of employment litigation experience, with strong writing, research, and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of employment litigation experience.

• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategies and communicate regularly with clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters.

Location: Exton, Pennsylvania – Primarily on-site to encourage collaboration and mentorship, with the opportunity for hybrid or remote flexibility after an initial in-office period based on performance and business needs.

Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar and have at least two years of employment litigation experience.
