Job summary

Confidential Employer in Exton, PA is seeking an experienced employment-litigation attorney to represent employers in state and federal courts. You will manage cases from pleadings through trial preparation and work closely with clients.

You must have an active Pennsylvania Bar license and at least 2 years of employment litigation experience, along with strong writing and communication skills. The firm offers excellent benefits, a 401(k) with match, and opportunities for mentorship and long-term

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategies and communicate regularly with clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters.

Location:

Exton, Pennsylvania – Primarily on‑site to encourage collaboration and mentorship, with the opportunity for hybrid or remote flexibility after an initial in‑office period based on performance and business needs.

Note:

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar and have at least two years of employment litigation experience.
