Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues to mitigate risk.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, administrative agencies, and mediations.
• Handle class/collective actions and matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a strong background in employment law.
• Current California Bar admission in good standing.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
