The Standard Legal Recruiting represents a sophisticated litigation boutique in Los Angeles seeking a Mid-Level Employment Associate to join its growing employment practice. The role focuses on management-side matters including wage & hour, PAGA, and class actions, with opportunities for early client exposure.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of substantive labor and employment experience and strong litigation skills, with a track record in discovery and motion practice.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of substantive labor & employment experience in a national, regional, or boutique firm environment with exposure to wage & hour and PAGA matters.
• Strong employment litigation experience required, with experience handling matters through discovery and motion practice.
• Experience with employment counseling, internal investigations, restrictive covenants and/or class and collective actions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with partners on complex management-side employment matters, including litigation and counseling.
• Develop relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of the practice through originating work.

A sophisticated yet collegial litigation boutique is expanding its Los Angeles employment practice and is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Associate to join its growing team. The group handles management-side employment matters, including employment litigation, wage & hour and PAGA disputes, class and collective actions, counseling, and investigations.

Qualification

• 3+ years of substantive labor & employment experience in a national, regional, or boutique firm environment including exposure to wage & hour and PAGA matters
• Strong employment litigation experience required, with meaningful experience handling matters through discovery and motion practice
• Experience with employment counseling, internal investigations, restrictive covenants and/or class and collective actions is a plus

Compensation for this role will range from $230,000-$350,000 DOE + annual bonuses.
