Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a midlevel Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for its Employment practice group in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience and demonstrate a passion for building a practice and working creatively with clients to find solutions.

The position involves representing clients in employment litigation, drafting motions, discovery and settlement agreements, and advising on compliance, policies, and employee performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions.
• Draft summary judgment motions, dispositive briefs, and motions to compel arbitration.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, and oppositions to motions for class certification.
• Draft long-form settlement agreements in wage and hour class/collective actions.
