Job summary

micro1 is seeking experienced Employment Lawyers to contribute to a project focused on improving AI systems' legal reasoning and accuracy. You will review legal scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to help train advanced AI models.

The contractor will analyze employment law scenarios, assess risks, and provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated analyses, arguments, and documents.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school is required.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia is required.
• More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
