Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to support an AI training project focused on improving legal reasoning and accuracy. This role is a contractor position with a remote, US-based arrangement.

You will analyze employment law scenarios, review AI-generated analyses, and provide expert feedback to strengthen AI systems' legal outputs. This position requires strong writing and substantial employment law experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school is required.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia is required.
• 3+ years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employment law scenarios, identify key legal issues, and assess potential risks.
• Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.
