YO AI Labs is seeking experienced U.S.-licensed lawyers to contractor for AI training focused on improving legal reasoning and judgment. You will evaluate legal scenarios, review AI-generated work, and provide expert feedback. Remote work from the U.S. is required with active bar status and 3+ years of post-J.D. practice.

Strong drafting, regulatory, and litigation experience across areas listed is preferred. No AI background required, just sharp legal acumen and precise feedback for AI outputs.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a U.S. law school is required.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• 3+ years of substantive post-J.D. legal practice.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, legal writing, and document review skills.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote contractor environment.

We are seeking experienced U.S.-licensed Lawyers across a range of practice areas to support an AI training project focused on improving legal reasoning, accuracy, and judgment. You'll evaluate legal scenarios, review AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to improve AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in areas such as litigation, corporate, commercial, employment, personal injury, criminal, family, immigration, insurance, intellectual property, healthcare, securities, real estate, tax, privacy, environmental, or regulatory law.
• Experience reviewing complex legal documents, identifying substantive errors, or evaluating competing legal arguments.
• Familiarity with legal technology, AI-assisted research, or AI evaluation.
