Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer on a contract basis to support an AI training project focused on employment law reasoning. You will analyze cases, review AI-generated legal analyses, and provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.

A US bar license and substantial employment law experience are required. The role is remote for US-based candidates, with priority given to lawyers who can review sensitive employment matters and offer precise, actionable corrections to

Qualifications

J.D. degree from a U.S. law school is required.
Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia is required.
More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.

Responsibilities

Analyze employment law scenarios, identify key legal issues, and assess potential risks.
Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.
