Job summary

Living Innovations is seeking an Employment Coordinator to manage the employment program for individuals receiving support services. The role includes developing job placements, overseeing orientation for new placements, and ensuring Vocational Rehab reporting.

The position emphasizes staff development, coordinating training and certifications, and maintaining strong relationships with participants and stakeholders. Valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field or relevant experience preferred.
• ACRE Certification as an Employment Specialist is required or preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing job development and job placement activities for supported individuals.

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring staff development by overseeing and/or coordinating direct report training/education and certification activities.
• Maintaining effective work relationships with supported individuals and other stakeholders.
