Job summary

Living Innovations is seeking a field-based supervisor to lead Direct Support Professionals in Belfast, ME. You will conduct regular home visits, develop individualized support plans, and advocate for individuals with IDD while coordinating with families and professionals.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree, and prior supervisory healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory/manager experience in healthcare preferred.
• One year of experience with IDD population or related social/healthcare setting required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state regulations.
