A nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of legal experience to join its Las Vegas practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation who is motivated to achieve favorable client outcomes and contribute to a collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation matters, including business disputes and related legal assignments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal briefs and written submissions.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with case strategy, litigation planning, and trial preparation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
• Advise and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple assignments independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Active Nevada Bar license and admission to practice in Nevada.
• Strong commercial litigation, legal research, and legal writing skills.
• Experience with motions and discovery is preferred but not required.
• Strong academic background.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
