• Ability: organize tasks, maintain accurate records, exercise sound judgment; potential intrastate travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-specific jobs by matching skills to career paths and seeking employers.
• Coordinate or provide services to support vocational integration.
• Assist employers with training and arrange adaptive devices or mentoring as needed.
• Develop supports to ensure vocational success, including transportation and networks.
• Complete documentation for billing, including plans and assessments.
• Interpret contracts and stay current with regulations and HOH requirements.
• Help clients achieve maximum potential and self-determination.
