Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will build a pipeline of business and clients for employment services, coach clients, and ensure thorough documentation and program compliance.

Responsibilities include developing community and school partnerships, maintaining open employer relations, and coordinating with districts to deliver pre-employment transition services.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Experience: Two years of relevant experience; IDD experience preferred with leadership exposure.
• Licenses: Active driver’s license.
• Schedule: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of clients for employment services and maintain relationships with schools and districts.
• Perform as a job coach to new clients and ensure documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with schools, colleges, and vocational rehab to promote pre-employment transition services.
• Ensure timely progress documentation and compliance with employer contracts.
