Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a dedicated professional to advance our mission by building a pipeline of employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will serve as a job coach, support client progress, and ensure rigorous documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities include relationship management with schools and community partners, coordinating transition services, and ensuring timely placement and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Experience: at least two years in related roles; IDD experience preferred and leadership noted.
• Schedule: flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of business and clientele for employment services.
• Perform as a job coach for clients, including career counseling and job readiness.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and accurate tracking of client progress.
• Develop relationships with schools, districts, and community partners to place clients.
• Coordinate with vocational supports and maintain contract compliance.
