Job summary

The Resource Center seeks a dedicated Job Coach to train and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward competitive employment. You will collaborate with businesses, coordinate services, and complete timely reporting to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities include on-site job coaching, travel to various sites, and maintaining compliance with regulations while promoting dignity, independence and community participation for the people we serve.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Vocational Rehabilitation and supported employment.
• Ability to coordinate services among providers and document reporting.
• Strong communication with participants, families, and partners.
• Willingness to travel across the county and work varied shifts.
