LHH is working closely with a highly regarded regional law firm on a Labor & Employment Associate opportunity in Boston.

Our client is seeking an attorney with at least three years of labor and employment experience to join a growing practice that advises employers on a broad range of workplace issues and employment disputes. The group is busy and looking for a more experienced associate who can step into a meaningful role supporting sophisticated employer-side matters.

Responsibilities may include:

• Employment litigation and agency proceedings
• Day-to-day counseling of employer clients
• Wage and hour, discrimination, and employee relations matters
• Drafting employment agreements, policies, and workplace documentation
• Assisting clients with compliance and risk management strategies

Qualified candidates will have:

• 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience
• Experience representing employers
• Strong writing, research, and client counseling skills
• Ability to manage substantive responsibility on matters
• Admission in Massachusetts or the ability to become admitted

Compensation and Billables

• $150,000 - $200,000
