Job summary

LHH is seeking an Employment & Education Law Associate in the Boston suburbs. The role offers meaningful client interaction, hands-on litigation experience, and growth within a collaborative, entrepreneurial practice representing employees, students, and licensed professionals.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of litigation experience, employment litigation preferred, and MA bar admission or willingness to obtain admission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Employment litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Interest in education law, Title IX matters, and student advocacy.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client counseling skills.
• Massachusetts bar admission or willingness to obtain admission.
• Collaborative approach and desire to work closely with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters on behalf of employees.
• Represent students and families in education law matters, including Title IX and IEP issues.
• Assist with higher education disciplinary proceedings.
• Represent doctors, nurses, and other professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct client intake meetings and maintain direct client relationships.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Work closely with partners in a collaborative team environment.
