• Billables only 1800
• Competitive Compensation $240k+, based on experience, plus bonus

Who They’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in employment litigation, including experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions, primarily in state and federal court and arbitration involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other related matters.
• JD & active license in MA
