This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized litigation practice and work alongside leading commercial litigators on sophisticated, high-stakes disputes. The position offers broad exposure to a wide variety of business litigation matters while providing significant

responsibility and direct partner interaction.

Representative matters include:

• Commercial and business disputes
• Breach of contract claims
• Partnership and shareholder disputes

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience managing substantive portions of litigation matters

Compensation and Billables

• 1950 billable target (with up to 150 pro bono hours and unlimited marketing/ firm citizenship hours)
• $250,000 - $325,000
