Job summary

The Nagler Group in Greater Boston, MA is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of civil litigation experience to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to develop or expand their employment law practice.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who can manage multiple matters, work independently, and collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Massachusetts Bar admission is required.
• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Assist with case strategy and collaborate with partners and team.
• Develop expertise in employment law and related litigation.

$120,000–$145,000 DOE

A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of civil litigation experience who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to develop or expand their employment law practice.

Compensation & Benefits
