Role Description

The Employment and Business Litigation Associate Attorney is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Coon Rapids, MN. This position focuses on representing clients in employment and business‑related disputes, including counseling on risk management and compliance, drafting and responding to pleadings, and preparing motions and briefs. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, managing case files, participating in discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court for hearings and trials. The attorney will work closely with partners and other team members, communicate with clients regarding case strategy and developments, and help develop practical, business‑oriented solutions. The role also involves maintaining high professional and ethical standards, supporting firm‑wide initiatives, and contributing to business development as appropriate.

Qualifications
