Job summary

W3Global in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking an experienced Employment & Litigation Attorney to join our Litigation Practice Group, focusing on employment and labor law. This role combines active litigation with proactive client counseling.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., Iowa license, 5+ years in employment/labor or litigation, strong writing and advocacy, and the ability to manage client relationships independently. In-person work location.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa license or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• 5+ years in employment, labor, and/or litigation.
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Ability to independently manage client relationships and caseload.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
