We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate, real estate, and business law matters. You will be challenged with complex legal issues and will be expected to provide high-quality legal advice to our clients. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on corporate, real estate, and business law matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to clients\' matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to protect clients\' interests.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating effectively for their rights.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on corporate, real estate, and business law.
  • Proven experience in legal research and writing; ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and representation skills with a track record of advocacy for clients.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal laws, court procedures, precedents, and agency rules.
