Job summary

EDSI is seeking a Business Services Representative in Luzerne County to serve as a liaison for PA CareerLink offices, promoting job leads and matching program participants with employers’ openings and paid work experiences.

You will build relationships with employers, conduct outreach, help with resumes, workshops, track communications, and support youth and adults to secure full-time employment. Travel within Luzerne County is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or customer service valued.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to travel within Luzerne County.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote job leads and match participants with employers’ openings.
• Build relationships with Luzerne County employers and understand hiring needs.
• Coordinate paid work experience placements and site visits with partners.
• Assist participants with resumes, workshops, and career readiness activities.
• Maintain records in databases and generate reports as needed.
• Travel within Luzerne County for employer meetings and events.
