• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales, outreach, or membership goals.
• Experience with high-volume outbound outreach and confidently engaging prospective clients.
• Ability to guide new clients through the sales and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop prospective employer clients through outbound calls, digital platforms, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact throughout the employer journey—from initial introduction through membership activation and onboarding.
• Clearly communicate services, membership options, platform benefits, and staffing solutions.
• Conduct consistent, high-volume outreach to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Guide new employers through registration, membership selection, and platform onboarding.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships by understanding staffing needs and recommending solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect activity, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM.
• Navigate initial contact points, address objections, and negotiate to advance prospects.
• Close employer memberships and support integration into Hire Introduction's services.
• Provide ongoing employer care and identify opportunities for platform engagement and retention.
