Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Workforce Development, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in business development, employer engagement, workforce/economic development, or industry relations.
• New Jersey residency required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
• Conduct outreach via site visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Gather labor market data and identify in-demand occupations.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to build workforce pipelines.
• Coordinate with Job Developer to align industry needs with job seeker goals.
• Document employer contacts and outcomes in data systems.
• Support county career fairs and hiring initiatives.
