The incumbent will market WFWV services, prepare reports, and participate in planning events to enhance employer engagement and job seeker outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience or substitution via training as described (Bachelor’s + experience).
• Masters may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops employer engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Researches potential employers and matches job seekers to opportunities.
• Coordinates with local offices, regional boards, chambers, and partner agencies to deliver services.
• Plans and supports job fairs and events to promote WFWV services.
