Job summary

Clemson University is seeking a Time-Limited staff member to maintain data related to employers, insurers, courts, and other parties in the automated system. You will serve as a customer service liaison to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree may substitute for required work experience.
• Employee must meet veteran preference and employment policy as applicable.
• Ability to perform data entry and work with automated systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• General Clerical duties to support the unit and back-up to the New Hire Unit.
• Serve as liaison with employers to ensure compliance with income withholding processes and updates to the system.
• Provide technical support, respond to inquiries via ticketing system, emails, calls, and desk visits.
• Analyze problems, troubleshoot faults, and communicate status to management.
• Conduct data management and outreach to employers and other parties to document contact and benefit information.

Education
