Job summary

The Clemson University Foundation seeks a Records Management Specialist to support donor and alumni data integrity, with a focus on biographical and academic updates in a complex database. On-site with hybrid option after 6 months, work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

  • PCI DSS compliance knowledge or willingness to learn is required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical for data management.

Responsibilities

  • Record Management: maintain and update biographical and academic data for alumni, employees, donors, etc.
  • Deceased Constituent Program Coordination: manage obituary research, updates in the fundraising database, and distribute newsletters.
  • Administrative responsibilities in an in-office setting and PCI DSS compliance.
