Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in CS, Math, IT or related field.
• Two+ years working with higher education institutional data, compliance reporting, accreditation, or national surveys.
• Experience with Banner, PeopleSoft, Cognos, SAS, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit required institutional data files and reports.
• Compile and analyze data from institutional systems and external sources; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate data collection and review for national surveys, accreditation reporting, and related requests.
• Maintain reporting calendars, source files, and submission records.
• Develop documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.
