Key Lime Interactive seeks an HR Generalist in Miami, FL to lead employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration. You will drive HR programs, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance across US states and international jurisdictions via ADP EOR and Globalization Partners.

You will also handle performance management, benefits, compensation analysis, and employee engagement initiatives, partnering with leadership to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, HR, or related field
• 5+ years in HR generalist or related role
• Experience with ADP EOR and payroll processes
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Experience with compensation analysis and salary surveys
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Mansioni

• Drive HR programs, practices, processes, and policies
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for staff
• Manage employee relations and investigations as needed
• Coordinate leave administration (FMLA, ADA, parental, medical) with ADP EOR
• Oversee performance management and development plans
• Coordinate compensation structures and salary surveys
• Administer 401(k) enrollment, benefits, and deductions
• Maintain HRIS records and generate management reports
• Ensure regulatory compliance across US states and international jurisdictions
• Oversee payroll setup, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain company intranet updates on HR matters
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and terminations via ADP EOR
• Develop employee engagement initiatives and organize events
