The hire will collaborate with GBPs and partner teams to standardize services, maintain a knowledge base, and drive process improvements across the region, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex processes, projects, and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver services at key moments throughout the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and international transfers.
  • Collaborate with Global Business Partners (GBPs) and other partner teams to provide guidance, solutions, and specialized insights that help establish standardized services throughout the organization, while adhering to employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and a robust knowledge management base and service catalog in collaboration with internal partner teams (Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, and Talent Acquisition) to continuously improve processes and services.
  • Lead or participate in regional and global projects, partnering with the Talent Operations team to document new processes and train delivery teams.
  • Partner with our Talent and Employment Legal teams to review compliance requirements and their implementation. Ensure adherence to compliance regulations while applying balanced and practical decision-making.
  • Drive process improvement efforts to further enhance service delivery by evaluating and assessing existing processes and using data-informed insights.

Job description

Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for an Employee Services Generalist.

This is a 12-month contract role with an on-site requirement in Los Angeles, CA, at least once per week. Candidates must not hold H-1B visa status. The hourly rate is $50; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.

This hire will interact with employees daily to address their employment-related questions and needs. The role supports the main functions of the Employee Services Generalist team, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, leaves of absence, and benefits. This position is expected to be highly independent and proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to the employee experience, aligned with our culture, both in the local market and across the region.

Position Overview:
