Overview
This role offers hands‑on experience across the full HR lifecycle, including:
- Recruiting and hiring support
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Benefits administration support
- Compliance and HR operations

- HR reporting and systems administration
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiting activities including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and systems access
- Assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation processes
- Coordinate offboarding and exit interviews
- Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, and compliance documentation
- Support performance review cycles and HR reporting
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and staff appreciation events
- Provide general HR support while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment
Ideal Background
- Approximately 2 years of HR experience preferred
- Experience in professional services environments strongly valued (e.g., legal, accounting, architecture, consulting, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
