The role focuses on designing and managing employee surveys, analyzing results, and delivering data-driven insights to senior leaders. The ideal candidate has a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, 4–5+ years of research experience, and strong skills in SPSS or R, advanced Excel, and compelling presentations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of experience in employee research, engagement surveys, or organizational assessments.
• Strong statistical analysis skills using SPSS and/or R.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH.
• Excellent PowerPoint, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
