Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or related field)
• At least 4-5 years’ employee research or engagement survey experience
• Ability to conduct statistical analysis and design data structures using SPSS and/or R programming
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, index matching)
• Strong PowerPoint skills to build executive summaries and data visuals
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Proven project management and creative problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Support companies in designing and executing employee engagement and total rewards optimization strategies that reinforce business objectives
• Lead projects in creating survey content, conducting survey data analyses (e.g., using SPSS for driver analysis), and crafting data-based stories from insights
• Thrive in an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
• Collaborate with clients to design, launch and administer employee engagement surveys, and present results to executives
• Partner with consultants to determine analytic approaches and project plans for clients and prospects
• Develop expertise in conducting surveys from start to finish and advise managers on practical survey processes and data use
• Contribute to thought leadership in research and client work (e.g., SIOP presentations)
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, including regression modeling and testing using SPSS and R
• Independently develop customized client reports based on statistical outcomes
