Marsh is seeking an Employee Research Consultant based in Philadelphia or Washington, DC. You will design and execute employee engagement surveys, analyze data with SPSS or R, and present findings to executives.

The role emphasizes AI-driven tooling, client collaboration, and thought leadership in organizational research. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in I/O Psychology and 4–5 years of related experience, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or related field).
• 4-5 years’ employee research, employee engagement or organizational assessment survey experience.
• Strong statistical analysis using SPSS and/or R.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, index matching) and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proven project management skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute employee engagement and total rewards optimization strategies.
• Lead projects creating survey content and analyzing data to tell the data-based story.
• Present results to clients’ executives and build client reports.
• Collaborate with consultants to determine analytic approaches and project plans.
• Develop expertise in surveys from start to finish and advise managers on data usage for improvement.
