Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/OD or related field required.
• 5 years in HR with at least 2 in Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws incl. FMLA, FLSA, ADA.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve sensitive employee concerns and complaints.
• Coach leaders on policy violations, performance management and leave issues.
• Draft investigation summaries for internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist in policy interpretation and administration to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain confidential investigation records.
