Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Relations to lead the ER team, oversee investigations, and ensure compliant policy application across the organization.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with HR partners to promote a positive workplace culture. The position requires deep knowledge of employment laws, risk assessment, and experience guiding leaders through complex ER issues while driving proactive workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive ER experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience managing a progressive Employee Relations function.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the ER team to ensure consistent policy application.
• Manage high-risk ER cases, investigations into workplace conflicts, discrimination, harassment, and policy violations.
• Provide expert guidance to HR directors, business partners and leadership on ER issues, conflict resolution, and performance management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and EEO regulations.
• Oversee and analyze ER data, create monthly reports, and identify workplace trends to recommend proactive interventions.
• Collaborate with HR Directors, business partners and leaders to develop solutions for ER challenges and foster a productive environment.
• Serve as a key advisor in coaching and counseling for performance management and conflict resolution.
• Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on workplace policies and dispute resolution.
• Partner with legal counsel and HR leadership on complex ER matters, terminations, and policy development.
• Contribute to the overall HR strategy by aligning ER initiatives with business priorities.
