Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking a Team Member Relations Specialist to manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions within a casino environment. You will conduct thorough investigations, ensure compliance with Illinois laws and company policies, and collaborate with departments to address workplace issues while communicating in English and Spanish.

You’ll participate in policy design, provide management training, and support a positive work culture through audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with two years of Employee Relations or Labor Relations experience.
• Associates degree with four years of Employee Relations or Labor Relations experience.
• Experience conducting, assessing, and writing investigative reports.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Resolve team member–management disputes when communication breaks down.
• Conduct thorough investigations regarding harassment, workplace issues, and complaints.
• Ensure disciplinary actions comply with policies and laws.
• Develop and implement labor relations policies and practices.
• Participate in design and delivery of supervisory/management presentations.
