Job summary

Wind Creek is seeking a Team Member Relations Specialist (Bilingual) to manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and guide disciplinary actions within a casino environment.

The role requires a degree with relevant experience in employee or labor relations, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and the ability to handle sensitive workplace issues with fairness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Employee Relations or Labor Relations, or an Associate with 4+ years.
• Experience conducting, assessing, and writing comprehensive investigative reports is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of federal and Illinois laws related to employee and labor relations; experience presenting to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Resolve team member–management disputes when communication has broken down.
• Conduct objective investigations into harassment, workplace issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure disciplinary actions comply with policies and relevant laws.
• Develop and implement employee relations policies and practices.
• Conduct organizational audits to identify labor relations issues and address them.
• Perform exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends.
• Prepare and present internal employee relations materials and management presentations.
