Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for employees and managers on employee relations.
• Supports investigations with information gathering, interviews, and documentation.
• Maintains confidential case records in HR systems and ensures accuracy.
• Contributes to policy alignment with local, state, and federal laws.
• Assists in designing and delivering manager trainings on relations topics.
• Coordinates grievance and disciplinary timelines and documentation.
