As an Employee Communications & Engagement Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of internal engagement—crafting meaningful messaging, energizing our teams, and driving culture-forward initiatives across departments. Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you’ll help bring our company values and mission to life through compelling storytelling and strategic campaigns.

Job Title: Employee Communications & Engagement Specialist

What You’ll Do:

Design and execute internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement and boost morale

Write impactful content: newsletters, Slack messages, leadership scripts, intranet stories, and more

Drive adoption and engagement with tools like Slack and SharePoint

Lead creative initiatives: videos, Q&As, podcasts, and cross-functional campaigns

Support internal training and company-wide rollouts

Analyze feedback and engagement data to inform future communications

What You Bring:
