You will provide a wide range of ER support to our global employee client-base in a key role on a people-focused ER team. You will work closely with our high-performing global ER team, Nutanix’s talented People Business Partners, In-House Employment Counsel, Compliance, and other key stakeholders to ensure we deliver on our Core Values and Culture Principles.

  3. Interpret and apply Nutanix’s policies, procedures, Core Values, and Code of Business Conduct to workplace concerns.
  4. Function as an ER Data Subject Matter Expert, designing, optimizing, implementing, and maintaining ER case management tools, dashboards, and reports.
  5. Collect and analyze ER data for metrics reporting, identify trends, and recommend data-driven process and program improvements.
  6. Build and implement ER process improvements based on best practices, deploying within the global ER team and to key stakeholders.
  7. Support ER/HR enablement training through designing and delivering presentations.
  8. Work on special projects such as ER system implementation, affirmative action plan reporting, and training delivery.

**What You Will Bring**

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, with a strong interest in employee relations or employment law.
  • Minimum of 3 years HR experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience as a HR Generalist, ER Analyst, or similar in high-tech is preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful outputs.
  • Strong critical thinking skills related to end-to-end processes.
  • High productivity and ability to produce quality work.
  • Knowledge of corrective action, investigative best practices, and labor laws.
  • Understanding of labor laws, immigration, leaves of absence/disability/accommodations is highly desirable.
  • 1-2 years experience with data analytics tools, ER case management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, HR Acuity), and Tableau.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with strong program and time management skills.
  • Resourcefulness and quick thinking in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Outlook, Excel, Google Docs, Workday, Zoom.
  • Experience setting up large meetings/webinars through Zoom, utilizing features like polls and breakout rooms is preferred.
  • Experience in Global ER Partnership is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • This role can be hybrid or remote.
  • The salary range at start is USD $83,840 to $168,120 annually. Compensation may vary based on factors like location, experience, and skills, and may include additional elements such as bonuses, stock units, and benefits. Details will be provided if an offer is extended.

This is an at-will employment position. The company reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits at any time. The application deadline is 40 days from posting, but the posting may be removed earlier if the position is filled.
